I. Inquiring & Booking
Every session begins with an inquiry. Once you reach out, I’ll confirm availability and help you choose the collection that best fits your story.
To officially reserve your date, you’ll receive a brief questionnaire and a session agreement to review and sign, along with your retainer. These help me understand your vision, preferences, and priorities so your experience feels intentional from the start.
For larger or more involved projects — including weddings, branding, and commercial work — there’s also the option to connect over Zoom. This allows us to talk through details, align on expectations, and bring bigger ideas to life with clarity and care.
From there, I’ll guide you through next steps so you can relax knowing everything is in place.

II. Preparing for Your Session
Once your session is booked, you’ll receive a preparation and style guide to help you feel confident and comfortable going into your session. From wardrobe guidance to day-of expectations, everything is designed to make planning feel simple and stress-free.
As your session approaches, I’ll check in and send reminders so nothing feels rushed or overlooked.
Closer to your session date, you’ll also receive a short questionnaire. This is your space to share any last-minute inspiration, meaningful details, or must-have moments you want captured — ensuring your session reflects what matters most to you.

III. During Your Session
Sessions are relaxed and gently guided. I’ll offer simple prompts and direction when needed, while allowing space for moments to unfold naturally. There’s no pressure to pose or perform — the goal is to capture what feels real to you.
If little ones need breaks, movement, or time to warm up, that’s more than okay. Some of the most meaningful moments happen in between, and those are often the ones you’ll treasure most.
Throughout our time together, I’ll be paying attention to light, emotion, and connection — so you can stay present and enjoy the experience.

IV. After Your Session
After your session, I’ll cull and hand-edit your images with the same attention and intention you felt during our time together. Your final gallery will reflect warm natural tones, genuine connection, and the moments in between.
Gallery delivery timelines vary depending on the session type, with each collection receiving the time it deserves. Once your gallery is ready, you’ll receive an email with a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images.
I recommend downloading your images promptly and backing them up to both a cloud service and an external hard drive for safekeeping. From there, you’ll have the option to select favorites to download and upgrade your collection.
